New York, July 21, 2025Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, has arrived in New York for an official visit from 21 to 28 July 2025.

During the visit, Senator Dar will lead high-level signature events at the United Nations Headquarters under Pakistan’s Presidency of the UN Security Council. His engagements reflect Pakistan’s active role in multilateral diplomacy and global peacebuilding efforts.

In addition to chairing sessions at the Security Council, the Deputy Prime Minister will undertake a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings in New York and Washington, D.C., further strengthening Pakistan’s diplomatic ties and strategic partnerships.

A key highlight of his itinerary includes representing Pakistan at the International Conference on the Two-State Solution, co-hosted by Saudi Arabia and France. The conference aims to promote dialogue and reaffirm international support for a just and lasting resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

On arrival, Senator Dar was warmly received by Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations and the Ambassador of Pakistan to the United States, reflecting the importance of this visit for Pakistan’s foreign policy and international engagement.
